AVSimulation organized its first Teambuilding this friday, and it went very well.
The goal: to reward our teams who work hard to bring you quality services and to influence them a new wave of motivation for the next challenges ahead.
We organized this day with an information meeting to provide all employees with the latest information from AVSimulation. We also took advantage of this moment to hand over the Honoured Labour Medals to two of our employees.
Then, by team of five, they had to take up challenges involving reflection, team spirit, and mutual help. We congratulated all of them at the end of the day by a cocktail-dinner.
