SCANeR explore includes innovative features to create and execute test plans based on scenario generation and multi-parameter exploration for massive simulation.

Generate millions of relevant scenarios in minutes

SCANeR explore is able to produce all defined parameters sets and then generate all scenarios based on these parameters.

Characteristics

For each scenario you are able to define a specific range for each parameter.
There are options to create an Explore test plan directly from your current scenario in SCANeR.
Different method for value distribution: Factorial, Statistical, custom distribution laws

Environment

Allows to run the driving simulation of the test plan, either locally or on a dedicated cloud-based infrastructure.
SCANeR explore can be used through the command line as well as through its graphical interface.

Generate a report using a custom execution plug-in

Once the test plan is executed, the plug-in will generate a report that will be used to analyze if the system evaluated in the test plan has met or not your success criteria.

Easily deployable, SCANeR compute will run on all classic operating systems and on local machines.

Environment

Can be used on a local machine, but also in a HPC-Cloud environment (Microsoft Azure ready).
Runs on all standard Windows (Pro/Server) and Linux (Ubuntu LTS/CentOS 7) operating systems.
Can also be easily used in a Docker container, in order to have a reusable and independent image of the tested system.

Compatibility

Because it is a command line tool and the reliability is very high, SCANeR compute is compatible with all the standard job scheduling tools.
Provides Linux headless support: run without X server, with GPU support for sensors, camera and visual (via EGL)

Run multiple instances in parallel on the same machine

For example, 8 instances of SCANeR compute can be used to simulate an entire repertoire of scenarios in parallel, each scenario being automatically distributed to the SCANeR compute instances used.
