With a capital increase of 10 million euros, Dassault Systemes acquires a 15% stake in AVSimulation. The two other shareholders, Oktal Sydac and Renault, respectively own 55.25% and 29.75% of AVSimulation shares.

The entry of Dassault Systemes will accelerate the commercialization of SCANeR worldwide as well as R&D through the capital injection.
