Coordinated by ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle International Magazine, the awards celebrate the most impactful innovations in ADAS and autonomous mobility from the last 18 months.
Among the nominees, AVSimulation is proud to see SCANeR supported by its Human Factors add-on pack shortlisted in the \u201cIn-Cabin Innovation of the Year\u201d category \u2014 a recognition of our commitment in enhancing how drivers interact with vehicle systems and technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Human Factors Pack of SCANeR is designed to support these efforts by providing powerful, and comprehensive tools and interfaces allowing to connect with a wide range of hardware and tracking systems \u2014 from eye and head tracking to heart rate monitors and virtual\/augmented reality tools.
In addition to providing a native support and an easy interfacing with any specific or new devices, the Human Factors Pack offers off-the-shelf solutions to simulate autonomous vehicle behavior, allowing researchers to focus on human driver behavior. To take in-cabin realism even further, our Human Factors solution is often paired with SimFLEX, AVSimulation\u2019s compact and immersive driving simulator.
SimFLEX offers a modular and realistic driving environment based on an passenger car cockpit \u2014 complete with original parts for a natural driving feel. The compact simulator is fully customizable with prototype instruments, HMIs, and\/or tracking tools providing users with outstanding flexibility.
SimFLEX is a perfect match for use cases involving driver behavior observation, offering an immersive and highly adaptable simulation cockpit for human factors research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
